It’s time to do a Saysky running apparel review. The story of Saysky started in 2013 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Since then Saysky became a global player in the running wear market. In the last few months I tested the Saysky Mars Blaze Jacket, the 2 in 1 running shorts and the classic pace t-shirt. So, are this products really premium or is the word premium more a marketing trick or strategy?
Before I start a quick disclaimer: I got the Saysky running apparel from Top4Running, the Nr. 1 online running store in Europe, for the purpose of review. Saysky Mars Blaze Jacket
The Jacket is very lightweight. That was the first thing that crossed my mind when unpacking it. The materials felt premium and it was a perfect fit. Even washing it for several times the feeling remains the same. Because of the lightweight of the materials and the fact that it’s a thin jacket I had doubts how it will perform in colder temperatures. I just wasn’t sure, that the jacket will keep me warm during those runs in cold winter afternoons.
Well, it performed above expectations. I was never feeling cold in the jacket and the materials are premium. While running I never had the feeling wearing a jacket and in no case I was restricted during my arm swing. I used this jacket once when it was snowing and once in rain. Both times I was dry.
If you are looking for a really premium performance running jacket look no further. This one is the one you need.
Saysky 2 in 1 Pace shorts
Yes, they are feeling premium. The fit of the shorts is just perfect and once you put them on you forget about them. That’s how running shorts should be. No tight spots, no rubbing, not too long or too short and with more than enough pockets to run a marathon in them. The shorts have a zip pocket on the back, two inside back pockets for gels and another pocket on the outside of the tights. I never take much on my runs so the majority of the pockets is empty but just in case you need running shorts made out of hight quality materials with a lot of pockets, this are the shorts you should be looking for.
The shorts don’t restrict you while running. Through the whole gait cycle I was never feelinig the shorts on my legs. Not just at slower paces but even while running faster. So all in all great running shorts for all kind of runners.
Saysky Classic pace t-shirt
The story about the t-shirt is the same as with the jacket and shorts. It is made out of premium materials and it feels like that. During the whole run it stays the way you put it on. It doesn’t slide around and during your arm swing you don’t feel a thing. Almost like running in a racing singlet.
And the look of the t-shirt? It is a bit different, or with an urban and casual attitude, as Saysky would say.
Final Verdict
Saysky products that I tested are premium performance sportswear. The design of the products is unique, maybe not for everyone. You’ll probably stand out if in a group of many runners. The products are maybe a bit expensive, but due to the great quality I think they will last for a very long time. So look on the products as an investment, not a purchase.
